At HoneyHive, we are building the first enterprise platform for LLM evaluation and observability. Our platform enables leading AI startups and enterprises to deploy GenAI applications to production and make them safer, trustworthy, and more reliable for their users.

We are backed by leading institutional investors in AI/ML who were early investors in companies like Perplexity, Hugging Face, Motherduck, and Weights & Biases.

About the role

As the first DevRel hire at HoneyHive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing product updates, implementing growth strategies and enabling users to get the most value out of HoneyHive. This role is pivotal in fostering our developer community and ensuring our users have the resources they need to succeed.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft and publish high-quality content that keeps developers informed, educated, and excited about what HoneyHive can do. Develop marketing assets including pitch decks, product guides, email campaigns, case studies, web pages, blog posts, webinars, short-form product videos, customer testimonials to help drive top-of-the-funnel growth.

  • Oversee our Hubspot mailing list, ensuring monthly product updates are communicated effectively to all subscribers. Maintain a formal Changelog within our documentation.

  • Develop and execute innovative growth hacks and tactics across various channels, including social media, referral programs, and events. Organize demos, feature updates, and meetups to enhance visibility and user acquisition.

  • Establish and evolve HoneyHive’s messaging and positioning. Ensure our voice is consistent, cohesive, and on-message. Provide audience and competitive insights to the team to inform our roadmap.

  • Work with Product Engineers to develop intuitive in-app onboarding flows and quickstart Colab notebooks showcasing common use-cases to activate new users on HoneyHive.

  • Support existing customers and Proof of Concepts (POCs) in becoming proficient with HoneyHive. Provide ad-hoc support, conduct instrumentation walkthroughs, and create tailored Colab notebooks and guides as needed.
